I wanted to let people know they could never do better with any realtor then Craig Schmitz and “Redefined Realty”. The patience you showed to me in particular, the time you spent finding a home that would match my “standards” and still look out for our best interests is very much appreciated. The understanding and good counsel when I became upset is something that few people would ever do, especially when your work load was increasing daily. The staff in the office did whatever was necessary to answer questions and give us help in obtaining items necessary for the sale of our home. “No nonsense” type approach
Our experience was excellent and I will not hesitate to use Redefined Realty in the future. It was a great fit for our needs and Craig Schmitz’s personality worked nicely with what we were trying to do. I appreciate greatly that he didn’t try and “sell” us any home, just learned what we were looking for and offered his expert advice, most importantly he didn’t shy away from pointing out the negative of a property. Overall my wife and I were very pleased with the service, Craig took amazing photos of our listed house and was very responsive to our many (many!) tour requests to view potential purchase homes. He even kept in touch while away on his personal vacation, negotiated offers/counter offers, and provided consistent, honest, professional feedback in all aspects of our selling/purchasing process. My wife and I were completely shocked to receive a full-price offer as our home was only on the market for a total of 13 days. We had several family friends working for Shorewest that wanted to sell our home, or felt they could do a better job but were unwilling to match or come closer to Re-defines’ commission percentage or that felt the home wasn’t worth what we were thinking in terms of total sale price.
