Having to feel that you are all alone as you struggle with decisions about pricing, contingencies, counter offers, etc. should not be part of that process.
With over 40 years of sales experience in real estate and other fields, the one constant has always been my approach to working with people - you ALWAYS treat others the same way you would want to be treated. This certainly isn't a new concept, but it is one that should always be at the center of everything we do. You want to work with
someone who has your best interests at heart, someone who listens, understands, and cares about your needs and what is important to you and/or your family. Any real estate agent can help you buy or sell a house. The difference is how they go about it. Do they put your needs, your desires, your time schedules ahead of theirs, or are you just a number? My philosophy is I want my clients to become friends that I care about.
