“Dawn Kronforst was the exceptional realtor who sold our home in Saukville, WI. She was responsible for putting our home on the market when we did. Without her guidance, we would have waited to list and I believe would not have received the price we did. The home was difficult to well because of high tension power lines at the back of the property. She was available at all times to answer our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Dawn to anyone thinking of selling their home.”

“Dawn Kronforst was exactly who we needed to navigate finding our home. It took us over a year, but Dawn was patient with us and very helpful. She was honest with her insights and we never felt pushed to "make an offer". I've purchased several homes over the years and I could tell Dawn knew what she was talking about...and when something was unfamiliar to her she didn't *bs* her way through it, she would research and get an actual answer. We would definitely recommend her!”
