This is precisely why I decided real estate would be the most fulfilling and engaging career for me. I knew I could combine all my experiences and professional qualities I appreciate into one career. After completing my Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in just three years, working with Harley-Davidson Motor Company and then going on to work for non-profits, I not only have a unique set of skills that will allow me to provide those great traits of a Real Estate Agent, but I will bring my driven and dedicated personality to your home transaction.
I also understand that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions you can make, which is why I strive to create an open and honest relationship with you. Having bought & sold multiple properties myself, I have the personal experience to further relate to your transition.

We have now sold two homes in less than 2 years with Redefined Realty. Payton Doughman sold both our homes in less than two days for each home. Payton really understood our needs and made great recommendations on how to stage the house. The process was seamless and Payton is such a wonderful agent. Payton even told us about Redefined Realty’s ability to let buyers or sellers use one of their trailer’s for moving. We were able to use it for 2-3 days for three weekends. Listed and sold my home in West Allis. Payton had a great listing with multiple photos on MLS and Zillow. Payton navigated several unusual issues with the inspection and appraisal. The interest in the property was high and we never felt pressure to drop the listing price. The discount agent fee was a no-brainer. We got the full service without the high price. Also liked the Zillow updates on the views and saves.

You could pay a 6% fee somewhere else, but why would you do that? With Redefined, our house had two offers over-asking within the first 30 hours of the initial listing. We decided to sell our second home in July. We contacted Redefined Realty because we met and were very impressed with Payton Kronforst at one of the home shows at State Fair Park in February. She remembered that we had two homes and were thinking of selling one of the homes. Payton came over and toured our house, took pictures and walked us through the home selling process, Within a day we had three great offers, accepted one of them and set up closing for within a month.
